Fund Objective  
 
The portfolio is suitable for investors requiring high (equity-like) capital growth and aims to provide low cost exposure to a range of local and global asset classes. The fund has a higher allocation to equities and listed property (around 90% of the fund) when compared to a typical balanced portfolio. However, diversification across all asset classes helps to reduce risk and volatility relative to a general equity portfolio.
